Cosmetic condition:

The top is in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. The bottom is in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. All four sides are in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. All of the ports are in good condition and clean. The screen is in good condition with some minor wear and scuffs. The keyboard is in good condition with some minor wear and signs of use. The hinges are in good condition, sturdy and functioning properly. The bezel is in good cosmetic condition with little to no wear. Functionality condition:

The LCD is fully functional with no damage or issues. This device successfully connects to WiFi networks and the audio was tested by playing a video. The WiFi and audio are both fully functional. The keyboard has been tested and all keys function properly, however the backlight is not working. We believe this to be an issue with the Alienware software, which we were not able to get running properly, however, there is no way to know for sure. It's possible that it's just a software issue, however the device should be purchased assuming that the backlight does not work.
